Where do you deliver?
We deliver om Norway. All orders are shipped from our print-on-demand partner, Gelato.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed. Production time is additional (1–3 business days).
Can I track my package?
Yes! You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return an order?
Since our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we do not accept regular returns. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
What do I do if my product is damaged on delivery?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Since production starts quickly, we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been confirmed.
